About me
My name ist Maarten de Laat. I completed my bachelors at the UAS FHNW in
Brugg/Windisch. I studied iCompetence, which is a
computer science bachelors with a focus on design and leadership skills.
I love to play Basketball, play the Piano and dance Salsa in my free time.
Salsa
One of my passions is dancing Salsa. I discovered this wonderful activity when I was
studying at the EPFL in Lausanne.
I made some of my best friends there along the way, and with some of them I even got
to do a Salsa show!
Recently I started teaching Salsa puerto rican at the Salsaflow Dance Company!
Piano
Another passion of mine is playing the piano. I have been playing the piano for 16
years now.
I play all sorts of kinds of music.
From Pirates of the Carribean to Interstellar to the 5th Synfonie of Beethoven. If
the piece can be played on the piano, I will!
